Sausages
We buy the best local, antibiotic free, hormone free, free range meat. So we believe you should be able to taste the meat in our sausages. That’s why we don’t add a tonne of other flavours.
Meat
More than just sausages! We have teamed up with Kawartha Ecological Growers and Ontario Harvest to provide you with truly local, free range, hormone and antibiotic free meats; pork, beef, chicken, duck, venison to name but a few.
Cut and Wrap
We offer “cut and wrap” service. You can order whole or half lamb/pig or side or quarter of beef. We will cut it and wrap it for you. You can either take it home for your freezer or we can store it in our freezer and you can come in to pick up cuts as and when you need them.
Fish
We have fresh, local and sustainable seafood in store. Wild Ontario lake fish, line caught Halibut, Vancouver spot prawns and Organic Scottish salmon all available in season.
Produce
Seasonal fruit and vegetables from specialty Ontario suppliers.
Preserves
In house made pickles and Jams. Made with seasonal and local produce.
Ready to heat family meals
Having the family over for dinner? Come in for a tray of lasagne, shepherds pie or sticky toffee pudding. Call ahead for large orders.
